Participation and Cancellation Terms

Eight weekly sessions of 90 minutes, on Tuesdays from 20:00 to 21:30 Netherlands time (Amsterdam), on Zoom and in Hebrew, with a maximum of eight participants. Price: €150 in total for all eight sessions. The start date of the cycle will be announced.

If the cost makes it difficult for you to join, please contact us privately. We will do our best to help.

Joining the waiting list is free and does not guarantee a place. After an introductory call and confirmation of suitability, we send a registration form and payment link.

After the first session, you may decide whether the group feels right for you at this time. If you choose not to continue, please let us know before the second session, and we will find the solution that suits you: a refund or a transfer to a later cycle.

After that point, no refunds will be provided for withdrawal or missed sessions, subject to applicable statutory rights.

If you realise that you are not ready to participate at this time, you may request a transfer to the next cycle, by arrangement and subject to availability.

Sessions are not recorded. Participants must not photograph, record, transcribe (including AI note-taking tools) or share anything said by another participant, or identifying information. Please join from a private space and use headphones. Absolute confidentiality within a group cannot be guaranteed.

The support group does not replace psychological therapy, medical care, or medical advice.
